You can order Farrow & Ball wall paint from LIVINGforme in shades ranging from Lime White No. 1 to Pitch Black No. 256 – and select the finish that suits your surface on the product page. Because in addition to the color, the level of sheen determines how robust a surface is and how light interacts with it.
Which finish for which surface?
- Living rooms and bedrooms: Estate Emulsion is the chalky, matte finish for walls and ceilings that particularly emphasizes depth of color.
- Kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and children's rooms: Modern Emulsion is washable and therefore the more robust choice for high-traffic walls.
- Doors, baseboards, and furniture: Flat Eggshell is intended for interior wood and metal, Modern Eggshell for high-wear surfaces, and Full Gloss for shiny accents.
- Exterior: Exterior Eggshell protects wood and metal, while Exterior Masonry is made for facades and masonry.
Rule of thumb: The higher the sheen level, the more visible any imperfections in the substrate will be – for uneven walls in old buildings, a matte finish is the more forgiving choice. The available finishes and container sizes for each shade are listed on the respective product page. Unsure about a color? With a sample pot, you can create a generous test area.
