Returning small parcels

You have the option to return items purchased from LIVINGforme within 14 days without giving any reasons.

If you want to return a purchased item, you can simply and easily use our returns portal by clicking on the following link: Returns portal and follow the instructions in the returns portal. You can print out your return label directly there and then drop off your package at a parcel shop near you (UPS / DPD).

To constantly improve our services, we would be grateful if you could tell us the reason for your return in our returns portal.

Please pack the goods in such a way that they withstand the return shipment without damage. If the original packaging is still undamaged, we ask you to carefully pack the item in it. Then stick the return label you received over the original shipping label.

Returning freight forwarding items

If the item was delivered by a furniture forwarding agent, we will arrange a collection date within 14 days. Please send an e-mail to retoure@livingforme.de or call our customer service on weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to arrange a return with us. The forwarding agent will then pick up the item from you. Please understand that we have no direct influence on the appointment scheduling. Please also stick the return label over the original label and pack the goods as close as possible to the original packaging to avoid damage during return transport.

Exchanging faulty orders

If you receive a faulty item from us, you can, of course, complain about it. Please send us an e-mail with a short description and a photo to retoure@livingforme.de. As a rule, we will then check as quickly as possible whether spare parts are available for the complained product, which we can send to you immediately. If this option is not possible, we will send you a return slip with a return label. For goods that you received via DPD, you can submit the packaged items with the return slip attached to the nearest shipping station. Please include the return slip in the box and stick the label on the outside of the package.

If your item was delivered by a forwarding agent, they will also pick up the goods from you. We will discuss the collection date with you by phone. After the damaged item has arrived at our premises, we will send you the new item within the specified delivery time.

Item exchange

Unfortunately, it is technically not possible for us to exchange one item for another.

Additional cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Andre Batz, Martin-Luther-Platz 2-6, 36043 Fulda, shop@living4me.de, Phone: 0661/83399648) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We will collect the goods. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
