Payment Options

Payments and refunds are processed in Euros (EUR).
Payment by Credit Card
In the "Payment Method" step of your order, select your desired payment option. We accept the following credit and debit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Enter your card details on our payment page. LIVINGforme uses state-of-the-art security software with SSL encryption to protect your card details from eavesdropping and manipulation during transmission.
The order amount will be debited from your card after your order confirmation. In case of cancellation, the entire invoice amount will be credited back to your card within 2-4 business days.
Payment with Visa or Mastercard
Our credit card system checks whether the credit card participates in the Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode security programs. These are security procedures specifically developed for these card types, which verify that only the legitimate cardholder and the legitimate online merchant are participating in a transaction.
If your credit card is not registered for any of these procedures, the payment will be processed without further authentication. More information on credit card security procedures can be found at:

Payment with American Express
The system checks whether the delivery address specified in the order is identical to the billing address stored with American Express (Amex address verification system, "AVS"). If the addresses do not match, you will receive a separate email asking you to have the differing delivery address stored with American Express. Your delivery will only be shipped after successful authentication.
For all credit or debit card payments: Credits from returns will always be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
Payment with PayPal
In the "Payment Method" step of your order, select "PayPal". You will be automatically redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can open one and then confirm the payment. Credits from returns will always be refunded to the PayPal account used for the purchase.
Payment in Advance
In the "Payment Method" step, select "Payment in Advance" and complete the order.
You will receive our bank details and the order number in our automatically sent email order confirmation.
Please transfer the total amount directly after your order, stating the order number, to the following account:

In the case of payment in advance, our shipping terms apply, from the receipt of the full purchase amount in our account. Credits from returns will be transferred back to the bank account from which the original order was paid.
Payment and Discounts with Coupon Code
In the "Checkout" step of your order, enter your coupon code/promotion code in the designated "Discount" field. If the order value exceeds the value of the gift card code/promotion code, select the payment method you wish to use to pay the remaining amount. If the value of the gift card/promotion code is higher than the order value, you can use the same code again for a subsequent purchase. The remaining balance will be available to you until the credit is used up.
