Delivery Times
Orders received by us on weekdays before 10:00 AM will be shipped to you within a maximum of 4-6 business days, provided the goods are in stock. Standard parcels with a volumetric weight of up to 31.5 kg and a girth measurement of up to 300 cm will be delivered to you via DPD within 4-6 business days.
Repeated delivery attempt in case of absence
If you are not present, our parcel service provider will attempt a redelivery free of charge. If you are still not present, please contact our customer service at: +49(0)661 90 19 10 7. We can then arrange a desired delivery date with our carriers during the delivery process. For larger deliveries with a girth measurement of over 300cm, we commission a freight forwarder for the delivery of your goods. The freight forwarder delivers within 3-4 business days throughout Germany after the goods leave our premises. Our freight forwarder will notify you by phone on the day of delivery. Therefore, it is important that you provide us with your phone number so that the freight forwarder can contact you.
Standard delivery to curbside
Freight goods with a girth measurement of over 300cm (furniture, sofas, tables) are delivered on a pallet by a freight forwarder to the curbside. The freight forwarder can take the pallet with them upon request. This standard delivery does not include the disposal of packaging material or the assembly of unassembled furniture pieces. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly here.
Shipping Costs
(1.1) We deliver free of charge within Germany for a minimum order value of 50€ with standard shipping!
(1.1) Excluded from this regulation is the shipping of easily fragile items (mirrors, glass, etc.). For these, we charge a delivery cost surcharge. This is determined by the size and value of the item. The delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
(2) For deliveries to Austria, separate shipping costs apply, which are determined by the volumetric weight of the ordered items.
Partial Deliveries
Orders are usually shipped in one delivery. In exceptional cases or upon request, we can also send your order in parts, for example, if you wish to receive a portion of the delivery quickly.

If we have to split your order into multiple deliveries for technical reasons, we will, of course, only charge the shipping cost component once.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive further information in a confirmation email. This allows you to check the current shipping status of your order at any time.
