Wall paint - Plummett No. 272

About Plummett No. 272

Plummett is a dark, true grey that creates a modern, architectural look when used on woodwork such as skirting boards, windows, and doors. It complements industrial-style interiors very well and is where it can truly unfold its full effect.

Colour Effect & Light

Plummett settles over walls like a warm, stony veil, instantly making rooms feel more homely. Due to its high pigmentation, the tone changes with the daylight: softer in the morning, deeper in the evening.

Combine Like the Pros

The official complementary white for Plummett is Blackened, ideal for ceilings, mouldings, and adjoining surfaces. Colour schemes recommended by Farrow & Ball: Blackened & Wevet · Dimpse & Pavilion Gray · Manor House Gray & Hague Blue · Railings & Down Pipe.

The Right Primer

For optimal coverage and durability, Farrow & Ball recommends the coordinated primer for use under Plummett: Primer & Undercoat Dark Tones.
