It uses a very high-quality resin as a binder, which is rarely found in conventional paints. This results in a much more intense effect compared to many commercially available wall paints. The high colour quality also leads to extremely high coverage. Farrow & Ball has all paints traditionally produced in their factory in England and checked for quality.  MODERN EMULSION: Farrow & Ball's water-based "Modern Emulsion" wall paint attracts attention with its high resistance to the challenges of modern life.
