It uses resin, a very high-quality binder that is hardly found in conventional paints. This leads to the paint having a much more intense effect compared to many commercially available wall paints. The high color quality also leads to extremely high coverage. Farrow & Ball has all paints traditionally produced and quality-checked in their factory in England.  MODERN EMULSION: The "Modern Emulsion" water-based wall paint from Farrow & Ball attracts attention with its high resistance to the challenges of modern life. Stains, scuffs, and marks are no problem for this paint finish. Thus, the Modern Emulsion finish represents a grateful alternative to Estate Emulsion and can ideally be applied in kitchens, children's rooms, and other more heavily used rooms.
