HOW MUCH PAINT DO I NEED?

How much Farrow & Ball paint you need depends entirely on the chosen finish. Generally, both finishes (Estate Emulsion and Modern Emulsion) are similar in terms of coverage and colour brilliance. However, the following overview serves as a conservative guide for the required amount of paint:

Finish ESTATE EMULSION:

The "Estate Emulsion" wall paint by Farrow & Ball is characterised by a high pigment density. It uses resin, a very high-quality binder that is rarely found in conventional paints.

This results in the paint having a much more intense effect compared to many commercially available wall paints. The high colour quality also leads to extremely high yield. Farrow & Ball traditionally produces all its paints in its factory in England and checks their quality.

Finish MODERN EMULSION:

The "Modern Emulsion" water-based wall paint by Farrow & Ball attracts attention with its high resistance to the challenges of modern life. Stains, scuffs, and marks are no problem for this paint finish. Thus, the Modern Emulsion finish represents a thankful alternative to the Estate Emulsion and can ideally be applied in kitchens, children's rooms, and other heavily used areas.
