A classic crimson. The most sumptuous red on our colour card originally derives its name from Latin, but is now a widely used term for crimson reds. Evoking the vibrant, glossy red of David Hicks from Barons Court in the 70s, Incarnadine is unashamedly classic and glamorous. A sophisticated ambiance in the entrance area is created in combination with Tanner’s Brown on woodwork. For a more edgy and linear interior style, Incarnadine works well in combination with a light white. Generally, both finishes (Estate Emulsion and Modern Emulsion) are similar in terms of opacity and colour brilliance. It uses a very high-quality binder, resin, which is rarely found in conventional paints. This results in a much more intense effect compared to many commercially available wall paints. The high colour quality also leads to extremely high yield. Farrow & Ball traditionally produces all its paints in its factory in England and checks their quality.  MODERN EMULSION: "Modern Emulsion" water-based wall paint from Farrow & Ball attracts attention with its high resistance to the challenges of modern life. Stains, abrasions, and marks are no problem for this paint finish. Thus, the Modern Emulsion finish represents a grateful alternative to Estate Emulsion and can ideally be applied in kitchens, children's rooms, and other heavily used rooms.
