It uses resin, a very high-quality binder rarely found in conventional paints. This results in a much more intense effect compared to many commercially available wall paints. The high color quality also leads to an extremely high yield. Farrow & Ball has all paints traditionally produced and quality-checked at their factory in England.  MODERN EMULSION: Farrow & Ball's water-based "Modern Emulsion" wall paint attracts attention with its high resistance to the challenges of modern life. Stains, abrasions, and marks are no problem for this paint finish.
