Wall Paint - Chine Green No. 35

About Chine Green No. 35

This earthy green takes its name from the steep-sided gullies that are a common feature of our coastline in the south of England. When used on kitchen cabinets, it feels as familiar as the kitchen in an old country house.

A shade from the Farrow & Ball Archive

Chine Green is one of our Archive colours: no longer in the current colour card, but still available in original quality. Each tin is mixed to order. Due to its high pigmentation, the shade changes with the daylight: softer in the morning, deeper in the evening.

Combine like the pros

The official complementary white for Chine Green is Old White, ideal for ceilings, mouldings and adjacent areas. Colour schemes recommended by Farrow & Ball: Calluna & Brassica · Corngold & Book Room Red · Light Gray & Mouse's Back.

The right primer

For optimum coverage and durability, Farrow & Ball recommends the corresponding primer for Chine Green: Primer & Undercoat Dark Tones.
