It uses resin, a very high-quality binder rarely found in conventional paints. This results in a much more intense effect compared to many commercially available wall paints. The high colour quality also leads to extremely high coverage. Farrow & Ball traditionally produces all paints in its factory in England and checks their quality.  MODERN EMULSION: Farrow & Ball's water-based "Modern Emulsion" wall paint attracts attention with its high resistance to the challenges of modern life. Stains, abrasions, and marks are no problem for this paint finish. Thus, the Modern Emulsion finish represents a welcome alternative to Estate Emulsion and can ideally be applied in kitchens, children's rooms, and other heavily used areas.
