It uses resin, a very high-quality binder that is rarely found in conventional paints. This means that the paint has a much more intense effect compared to many commercially available wall paints. The high colour quality also leads to extremely high coverage. Farrow & Ball has all paints traditionally produced and quality-checked at their factory in England.  MODERN EMULSION: "Modern Emulsion" water-based wall paint from Farrow & Ball attracts attention with its high resistance to the challenges of modern life. Stains, scuffs and marks are no problem for this paint finish. Thus, the Modern Emulsion finish is a welcome alternative to Estate Emulsion and can ideally be applied in kitchens, children's rooms and other high-traffic areas.
