Wall Paint - Off-White No. 3

About Off-White No. 3

Off-White is one of the very earliest Farrow & Ball colours and a true classic. As part of our core palette, it joins the group of traditional neutrals alongside Old White, Slipper Satin and Lime White, all of which share the same charming green undertone.

Colour Effect & Light

Off-White brings calm and spaciousness to any room and forms the perfect base for changing decor. Due to its high level of pigmentation, the tone changes with the daylight: softer in the morning, deeper in the evening.

Combine Like the Pros

The official complementary white for Off-White is Slipper Satin, ideal for ceilings, skirting boards and adjacent surfaces. Colour schemes recommended by Farrow & Ball: Blue Gray & Pigeon · Lime White & Old White · Light Gray & Mouse's Back.

The Right Primer

For optimum coverage and durability, Farrow & Ball recommends the coordinated primer under Off-White: Primer & Undercoat White & Light Tones.

• Estate Emulsion: walls & ceilings, the iconic chalky matt finish (2% sheen)

Coverage & Application

1 litre covers approx. 12 m² per coat; two coats are recommended. All Farrow & Ball paints are water-based, low-odour and low-VOC (A+ indoor air quality). Tip: Use the sample pot (100 ml) to paint generous swatches on at least two walls, as every Farrow & Ball tone changes with the light.
