Wall paint - London Stone No. 6

About London Stone No. 6

London Stone is a lighter accent colour to London Clay and shares the same unusual magenta undertone. When paired with red-based neutrals like Dimity or Oxford Stone, it creates a thoroughly modern scheme that is just as easy to use as a grey palette, but with a warmer feel.

Colour Effect & Light

London Stone flatters the room with warm, earthy softness and a hint of sunset. Due to its high pigmentation, the tone changes with the daylight: softer in the morning, deeper in the evening.

Combine like the pros

The official complementary white for London Stone is Dimity, ideal for ceilings, mouldings and adjacent surfaces. Colour schemes recommended by Farrow & Ball: Picture Gallery Red & Hague Blue · Pointing & Dimity · Joa's White & Oxford Stone.

The right primer

For optimal coverage and durability, Farrow & Ball recommends the corresponding primer for London Stone: Primer & Undercoat Mid Tones.
