Wall paint - Gervase Yellow No. 72

Gervase Yellow No. 72 – Colour Description

This sunny shade is named in memory of Gervase Jackson-Stops, the architectural historian whose lovingly maintained historic properties continue to influence our colour palette today.

A shade from the Farrow & Ball Archive

Gervase Yellow is part of the Farrow & Ball Archive collection: no longer in the current colour card, but still available in original quality. Each tin is mixed to order. Due to the high level of pigmentation, the tone changes with the daylight – softer in the morning, deeper in the evening.

Combine like a pro

The official complementary white for Gervase Yellow is Wimborne White – ideal for ceilings, mouldings, and adjacent areas. Colour schemes recommended by Farrow & Ball: Green Stone & Minster Green.

The right primer

For optimal coverage and durability, Farrow & Ball recommends the coordinated primer for Gervase Yellow: Primer & Undercoat – White & Light Tones.
