Wall paint - Oval Room Blue No. 85

About Oval Room Blue No. 85

Oval Room Blue is the Farrow & Ball blue with the highest concentration of black pigment, which gives many Farrow & Ball colors their matte, subtly aged character. It fits beautifully into a color scheme centered around gray tones and adds depth and balance to rooms.

Color Effect & Light

Oval Room Blue lends rooms clarity and depth, ranging from a fresh coastal blue to an elegant evening mood. Due to its high pigmentation, the shade changes with the daylight: softer in the morning, deeper in the evening.

Combine Like a Pro

The official complementary white for Oval Room Blue is Ammonite, ideal for ceilings, molding, and adjacent surfaces. Color schemes recommended by Farrow & Ball: Cornforth White & Purbeck Stone · Mole's Breath & Setting Plaster · Railings & Inchyra Blue.
