Wall paint - Setting Plaster No. 231

About Setting Plaster No. 231

Setting Plaster owes its name and appearance to freshly plastered walls with their characteristic brownish-pink hue. The yellow pigment gives it a subtle warmth that harmonizes particularly well with dark and warmer accent colors like Mahogany.

Color effect & light

Setting Plaster flatters the room with warm, earthy softness and a touch of sunset. Due to its high pigmentation, the tone changes with the daylight: softer in the morning, deeper in the evening.

Combine like the pros

The official complementary white for Setting Plaster is School House White, ideal for ceilings, moldings, and adjacent surfaces. Color schemes recommended by Farrow & Ball: Tallow & Dimity · Skimming Stone & Elephant's Breath · Charleston Gray & London Clay · De Nimes & Green Smoke.

The right primer

For optimal coverage and durability, Farrow & Ball recommends the coordinated primer under Setting Plaster: Primer & Undercoat White & Light Tones.
