Wall paint - Dove Tale No. 267

About Dove Tale No. 267

Dove Tale is a warm grey that works perfectly as a darker accent (or even an alternative) to Elephant's Breath. Its lilac undertones give it a soft and tranquil feel that works well in a bedroom, especially when combined with Skimming Stone.

Colour Effect & Light

Dove Tale settles over walls like a warm, stony veil, making rooms instantly more homely. Due to its high pigmentation, the tone changes with the daylight: softer in the morning, deeper in the evening.

Combine Like the Pros

The official complementary white for Dove Tale is Strong White, ideal for ceilings, mouldings and adjacent surfaces. Farrow & Ball recommended colour schemes: Strong White & Wimborne White · Charleston Gray & London Clay · Elephant's Breath & Skimming Stone.

The Right Primer

For optimal coverage and durability, Farrow & Ball recommends the coordinated primer under Dove Tale: Primer & Undercoat Mid Tones.

Coverage & Application

1 litre covers approx. 12 m² per coat; two coats are recommended. All Farrow & Ball paints are water-based, low-odour and low-emission (A+ indoor air quality). Tip: Use the sample pot (100 ml) to paint generous test areas on at least two walls, as every Farrow & Ball tone changes with the light.
