Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
The prize draw is organized by LIVING, Martin-Luther-Platz 2-6, 36043 Fulda, Germany, and announced on social media platforms as a feed post ("post"). Social media platforms particularly include the online services of Facebook and Instagram. LIVING is free to announce the prize draw in other media forms. The prize draw ends at the time defined in the post. Changes to the prize draw will be announced in the same media where the post was published. Legal recourse is excluded.
2. Terms of Participation
The minimum age for participation is 18 years. The prize draw is open to all persons residing in Germany. Participation is possible by fulfilling all requirements mentioned in the post. Employees of LIVING are not allowed to participate.
3. Prize
The prize is the non-cash prize mentioned in the post, whereby the non-cash prize can also consist of a value or merchandise voucher for products, services, and retailers. Winners will be determined by random draw after the end of the prize draw and, unless otherwise specified, notified on the same social media platform through which they participated, via direct message or email. The claim to the prize announced arises after the respective winner responds in the same way the prize notification was received. If the prize notification was made on a social media platform, the winner must respond within 7 working days, linking their respective LIVINGforme profile (Facebook: livingforme / Instagram: @livingformede). After this period, LIVING may determine a new winner by random draw. The prize must be collected by the winner from LIVING in Fulda. Cash payment of prizes is excluded. Claims to specific characteristics of prizes that cannot be explicitly derived from the wording of the prize draw do not exist.
