Decorative objects at LIVINGforme are the small pieces with a big impact: bowls, trays, planters, plant pots, etagères, and figurines for coffee tables, sideboards, consoles, and shelves. You will find, for example, the Organic bowls from Dutch Rose Amsterdam in diameters from 8 to 33 cm, trays made of water hyacinth, seagrass, or travertine from Living Nordic, planters from POMAX, and decorative figures from our own brand, LIVING Collection.

Which decorative objects are available?

Bowls hold keys, fruit, or small trinkets – or stand empty as a sculpture. You can find more shapes for the table in our bowls category within the dinnerware range.
Trays gather small items on a coffee table, sideboard, or vanity into a calm arrangement.
Planters and plant pots turn houseplants into a design element.
Figurines and glass domes add personal or seasonal accents, such as for the Christmas season.

Arranging decorative objects: Rules of thumb

Tray as a stage: On the coffee table, a tray should take up about a third of the table surface – the rest remains free for cups and books.
Bowls in a set: Combine two to three bowls from the same series in different diameters; nested together, they look like a single object.
Planter size: Choose a planter with a diameter about 2–4 cm larger than the plant pot so that air can circulate and there is room for excess water.
Mix of materials: Place smooth surfaces like ceramic or metal next to natural textures like seagrass, rattan, or stone – the contrast makes arrangements exciting.
Books as a pedestal: A stack of two to three coffee table books lifts small objects to the right height.

Care

Natural materials such as water hyacinth and seagrass should be dusted with a soft brush and kept dry. Wipe ceramic and metal clean with a damp cloth. Whether a bowl is suitable for food is stated on the respective product page.
