3-seater sofas are the versatile middle ground between a compact two-seater and a large sectional sofa: enough space for three people or to stretch out, without dominating the living room. Choosing the right 3-seater

Length: Most 3-seaters are between 200 and 240 cm wide and fit well in living rooms starting from about 18 m².
For reclining: Measure the interior dimension between the armrests – at around 180 cm or more, most adults can lie down comfortably stretched out.
TV distance: Plan for about 1.5 to 2.5 times the screen diagonal between the sofa and the screen; for 4K devices, the lower value is sufficient.
Freestanding: If the sofa is not placed against a wall, the back should be fully upholstered and neatly finished. A narrow console table behind it provides storage and conceals cables.

With an armchair, your 3-seater becomes a classic seating arrangement.
